Why we built Specter
From real lending, underwriting, brokerage, and SMB financing friction to one controlled operating environment.
Specter was built from direct experience inside lending, underwriting, brokerage, and SMB financing operations. We saw the same friction repeat across the market: merchant files rebuilt multiple times, bank statements reviewed manually, lender requirements tracked in inboxes, status updates lost across disconnected systems, and teams spending too much time coordinating work instead of moving qualified deals forward.
Our platform was designed to bring that workflow into one controlled operating environment.
