Our Story
Specter Systems was founded by Joshua Shamoil, a finance industry veteran with extensive experience in real estate lending, underwriting, and brokering. After five years specializing in asset-based lending, merchant cash advances, and term loans at Premium Merchant Funding, Joshua identified critical inefficiencies within the industry that needed to be addressed.
This insight led to the establishment of his own brokerage and the development of specialized tools, ultimately culminating in Specter Systems' innovative bank statement processor and central broker and lender lending platform.
